"User" refers to any person accessing or using the App
"Premium Features" refers to paid subscription features
"AI Services" refers to artificial intelligence features

## 2. Acceptance and Modification

Using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may modify Terms with notice via App or email.

## 3. Subscription Service

### 3.1 Subscription Options
- Monthly Premium Subscription
- Annual Premium Subscription
- Free tier with limited features

### 3.2 Auto-Renewal and Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before current period ends
- Payment charged to Apple ID account at purchase
- Account charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end
- Free trial begins at purchase and continues for trial duration before paid subscription begins
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

### 3.3 Subscription Management
- Manage and cancel subscriptions through Apple ID Account Settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Benefits cease upon cancellation

## 4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

### 4.1 Recipe Generation
- Recipes and instructions are AI-generated and PROVIDED AS-IS
- No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or safety
- Users MUST verify all ingredients, amounts, and instructions
- We are NOT responsible for cooking outcomes or food safety
- Generated content may contain errors

### 4.2 Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
- Dietary filters and allergen detection are AIDS ONLY
- NO GUARANTEE of catching all restricted ingredients
- Users with allergies MUST verify all ingredients
- NOT responsible for allergic reactions or dietary violations
- Seek medical advice for specific dietary needs

## 5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for:
